I had been following Annabel Karmel's cookbooks for the last 2 days to cook Aisyah's food. Previously I did try the recipes inside but Aisyah refused most of them so I stick to the usual porridge, chikin, potatoes, carrot and some other vege combination but I think she's getting tired of those and had been refusing her meal after a few spoonfuls. I decided to try the recipes again Annabel's cookbooks. However Aisyah didn't quite like the two-sauce tomato pasta last Saturday. I later found out from my mum that she hates too much tomatoes in her meal and she don't fancy the idea of having cheese in her food. Italian dishes are definitely out for her cos cheese is generally the main ingredient inside their dishes. hehe.
So yesterday I did the 'special fried rice' but I modified a lot of things because Aisyah is still not used to eating rice. She'll chew them but very, very slowly. Sometimes she will just sit there and not chew till I tried giving her another spoonful and she'll start chewing again. Kids get bored easily so I think the next time I do this, I will have to blend them before giving her.
